    Which violation you are reporting the user for: potential self vouching, no home IP
    Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: The account @MyFirstTime was created today and supposedly purchased an account off @WreckITRalpth immediately for 200m and went first. I doubt this ever happened.

    Also @WreckITRalpth only has one IP in his audit and it is shared with another user. Making it possible it is not a home IP.
