Age, Height and weight?

I'm 15, and I'm 5'12.

I don't know my weight exactly, but my BMI works out as 24.3ish.

I have some muscle and some fat, but I'm not overweight =D

tore a ligament in my rotator cuff been out of the gym for a month, probably another two months before light lifting.

 

Ahh that blows, I feel like shit when I skip a day of working out haha...Don't forget warming up and stretching is just as important as lifting those heavy weights =-p.

Damn, didn't think this thread would catch on so much. Well yeah, everyone seems to be okay with their weight. However I will agree with Fin on one post. To the kid that weights 195 lbs at 5'1, only 14 years old... you should really try and lose some weight. Im not being mean or anything but its VERY unhealthy.

 

I plan on making a really organised workout guide. Problem is I need to make it so everyone will understand and have plenty of examples. Will be progressive overload 25 day program

chest tricep
back bicep
legs cardio
shoulders light core
heavy core + cardio

easily substitute stuff around so you're in 4 days a week. Will also include supplements etc.

 

17, 5'7", 112 pounds. 3.4 percent body fat gross, I know.

I looked on a scale thing and I'm barely average weight, so suck it.
At the minimum, I jog 3 days a week for 3 miles with the Running Club at school and I'm in track, so at least it's not COMPLETELY fat. hehe.

Hmm. So yeah, I weighed myself today and I gained 1 pound lol. Its probably just water weight because I barely ate anything in the past day .
