    What do you mean multiplayer game?
    They're hasn't been any made so far except for one racing game i know of.

    Tap Tap Revenge now has Multiplayer, and it's free.

    It's not exactly "multiplayer", but you play against people to see who can get most score in a "room".

    yea theres tic tac touch
    you can play over wifi network to anyone in the world and chat with them

    I think if you had multiplayer on the itouch it would be unbearably laggy. Most likely it would be. That might be why there are no multiplayer games. Just some advice

    If you mean like you want to SSH Call of Duty on your iPod Touch, no, you can't. Some games that are multiplayer are Tic Tac Touch and TTR.
