Do I Have The right to recover it?

I traded my account with someone else's only to find out his got banned the next day for autoing, he claimed he neve autoed . But i found out he did through reading one of his guides (he clearly states "i'd rather auto in this step")
I asked for a tradeback and he said no, do i have the right to try to recover it ?

even though he probably set recoveries (i didn't have any)

he also told me he didnt have recoveries in his account and i found out it did, when i asked for them in order to say it wasnt me for the appeal, he said no.

 

you due have a right cause u are out of an account and he still has yours its not fair.

its a touchy subject. if you care a lot about the account, take it. if not, leave him with it. if it was me, id take it without the worry about if its right or wrong; it seems unfair that he lied to you and got banned, while he is playing your hard trianed account. its your choice.

 

Yes just ask for mod assistance im pretty sure that dude just lied.

 

That person lied to you so yes you do, make sure you have proof of the account being banned.
