    Explain the service: Dragon Defender, Torso, 70 Thieving, Elite Void Diary

    Amount scammed: Inferno Fire Cape (I just bought this from @Pingy 2 weeks ago) + About 30-50m in random teleports.

    What Happened:


    On 3/16/2020, I sent @Boostify my accounts information through sythe per their request to start my order, and they assign my order to their employee.

    On 3/17/2020 that employee messages the group chat in discord saying "Did u remove cash from account and stuff".

    I tell the employee to log off the account, and when I went to check the account, my inferno cape, and about 50m in teleports and random stuff were gone:

    I logged into my other accounts that have no pin, I have all my items and gold on 3 other accounts.

    I then contact @Gen on Sythe to make sure my Sythe account wasn't compromised where I provided them my information, he indicted everything was normal.

    Also I provided them the account information to another ongoing order, and currently that account information was not leaked, and the account is fine.

    Basically, @Boostify and their employee did something with my account information after I gave them it, that got my account hacked during the order, which resulted in me losing my inferno cape and my 50m in items. Their terms and services indicate they are not responsible for wealth being left the account, but my inferno cape isn't something I can just take off the account.

    I want them to pay @Pingy for another cape, or give me a credit for the price of the cape, as this is clearly an issue with account security by them, or their employee has malware on their computer.

    Hello, we would to make counter arguments to this report. We will start off by providing some back story. Our worker "Julian"(sythe profile @High Gamble) was working on your order (which was finished). Before ending his shift or going to sleep he gave you a progress check Imgur . Next day just after logging in he saw that gold was missing and immediately reported in the private channel asking the customer if he used any wealth on the account. Imgur . @THRONE GOLD got concerned and told the worker to log off and checked his bank. Imgur . After he saw his wealth gone he started freaking out and immediately blamed our worker(@High Gamble) for having "rat" on his computer and taking his stuff(55m or so). Imgur . After we got notified we tried to see what's going on and what could've cost the incident. These are the pictures of the conversation we had after the incident occurred to see if anyone had some leaks.

    After some time asked me if my worker could finish the work because he thinks that worker isn't at fault https://i.imgur.com/foNfUku.png . My worker was kind enough and got him a new defender and finished the leftover work. Moving on in the end @THRONE GOLD asked us to compensate for the inferno cost Imgur But we thought it would be unfair to pay such money when there is no guarantee that we are at fault and by referring our Terms of service https://i.imgur.com/u1uqisM.png which Adam agreed to Imgur . We decided to not compensate by using the 4 rule which states that we're not responsible for ANY wealth lost. And we said that if he is not happy with the decision he is free to write a report Imgur



    Looking from a worker's point of view. He was risking 350m(250m in done orders because we pay our workers every Sunday he had already a few order completed) and 100m in deposit to steal 50m and drop the inferno cape. Which wouldn't make any logical sense to do so. Julian has done multiple orders for us and never had any problems with stealing or other activities that would lead to that. To add up, Julian's other accounts were fine and no other customer we were providing services to, had any wealth loss problems. To conclude, it was impossible to know who's at fault, and used our TOS to decide what to do.

    Also @THRONE GOLD didn't wanted to show his discord picture as well as his discord name. So that's why there is a lot of white blanks.

    In the end, something happened to the account after they received the account information through Sythe. As my other accounts were not compromised, my sythe account was not compromised, the other account @Boostify is currently training which had the login details through sythe wasn't compromised, something happened through no fault of my own.

    All parties are unaware what happened, but from my perspective @Boostify or his employee is responsible for securing the account information, which appears to have not happened (likely to be unintentional).

    The question is, is @Boostify responsible to compensate for something that happened on their watch. As they are a place of businesses that seems respectable by their vouches, they should do something on this matter just like any other small business.

    Sadly we can't really prove who removed the cape or the gold that was on the account or if the account was even hacked.

    So sadly there not much I can do here.

    @THRONE GOLD Would you like @Boostify to complete the service or would you like a refund for the remaining of it (assuming any was done at all)? or was the service completed?
