    Practising With Effects

    Hey, i'm new to using GIMP2
    I'm use to using Fireworks8 at school.

    So i'm just practising with some effects, It's nothing special, just would like some feedback on how it looks:

    I like it, some parts are glowing, but you should keep on practising and experimenting. It would be good with something else, but atm its plain but keep trying

    Alright thanks, i did think it looked a bit plain, i just need tips on what other effects i can add to it :p

    it is slightly plain on the left, the effects you have used are great.

    I know what you mean that its missing something, Just not sure what.

    you should try using a different position for your render, most of yours ive seen are at the right, you should try centering them or putting them on the left just for a mix up in the future

    Well the previous sigs i've made before coming to sythe have all had centered renders, so i thought putting them on the right was a change, but i know what you mean, i will try different positions yes.

    it looks good but you need to put more detail into the background.

    IMO, this is pretty bad.
    Render needs to be blended in A LOT more.
    The effects are boring.
    The whole thing is boring.
    The colors are terribad.
    There's no clear definition of the flow.
