Explanation of the trade:
I purchased this account off ohjesus a week ago (https://www.sythe.org/threads/15yea...otalno-offences-zulrah-pet-nine-99s-and-more/) ,I sent them $330 via PayPal, after 24 hours i was told their paypal acccount is frozen - the funds are there but they cannot do anything with these funds (after a FULL week of waiting to see if any ch ange) Oh Jesus has now told me i'll need to dispute the transaction with my card issuer, since they still cannot access the money that is "frozen" in their account. However, their is nothing wrong with my payment and it is clearly issues on their end.

Because the payment was requested as a friends and family payment i cannot dispute the transaction with paypal, without saying it was unauthorised which it is clear, it is not.
I have logged on just now to find the account that I have purchased has been re-posted on sythe with a description aiming at me, saying i'm in the wrong?

Sorry to have to file this against you.

 

Everything stated here is how this has unfolded to date at present, I've been patient and informative throughout this process as has Brad and it's frustrating that it got to this point.

1. I listed the described account for sale, Buyer attempted to purchase this account from me via paypal. I stated there was a minimum 24 hour hold to ensure payment cleared due to being a new buyer and security aspect.

2. Upon receiving payment (two payments made via credit card to his paypal) The payments were instantly flagged for an issue that I'm still unable to get an answer for. I was unable to refund the payments or do anything with them and discussed this with Bradley. (I've spent hours on customer service chat asking for help and answers on this only to be told to wait 24 hours, then 48 hours then wait another 72 hours) i also tried asking in the sythe discord for advice from regular pp traders and they all said the same thing to just wait.

3. Monday was the deadline that if this was not sorted he would have to charge the payments with his card issuer as I'm unable to do anything and can't ensure that I'll be safe with the payment and without further issues or time delay. He has already attempted to complete a claim for the payments via unauthorised access and not the card issuer like i informed him to do prior to this report.

4. Today, A day after Bradley has started the processes to recover said funds I've relisted the account. After almost a week we've spent on this I've run out of patience.

 

@Oh Jesus has been given a DNT for now. You weren't given permission to relist the account.

bradley sent his payment and fulfilled his part of the trade and even tried to help you by disputing the paypal transaction from what I can see. It's on your side to contact paypal and sort it out with them you can't keep the buyer waiting and then relist the account because you're running out of patience.

I'm not spending anymore time on trying to resolve this. If what i advised Brad to do was listened to in the first place this wouldn't even be an issue right now.

Time wasted and even more so dealing with this, Shove your dnt wherever you like it.
