I agree with you Gump, and the Same with you Matt. Honestly, I haven't had sex yet. Im only 17, and my girlfriend isn't ready. I'm in no rush though, whenever she's ready Im ready.

 

I personally masturbate at least once a day, usually two. I'm suffering from a lot of sexual tension, as I'm 15, and the age of consent in London is 16, and my girlfriend wants to wait until she turns 16 >_>

 

Age of consent here is 16, aswell..

But, my girlfriend wants to have sex, but we haven't really had a chance, and I'm waiting for the right moment.. thinking on Christmas... :noworry:

 

I don't find any personal gain from such an activity, hence I find it pointless.

2) What is the "normal" amount if you do masturbate? :to each his/her own. some do it once a week, others twice and others 5 times+.

Masturbation isnt pointless it lessens sexual tension.. i do it like twice a week, my girlfriend isnt ready to go all the way.

Well basically, Teens start feeling sexual urges, usually don't want to/can't have sexual intercourse, so they resort to the next best thing: Masturbation.
According to some religions it is ethically wrong, personally, i really don't know.

And about how many times a week, I think it varies greatly. I knew someone who didnt start masterbating till 14, and when he started got obsessed with it, and was doing 4-5 times a DAY.

 

i agree depends on religon but if your honestly stressout/having urge's a little rub and tug doesnt hurt anyone, my self, i did get obsessed just like your friend and fighting the urge lol..

i think normal is once a day 2 times a day tops.

 

I remember when I used to do it around 2 times a day everyday. In a way it does relieve stress, but it got me to a point were I just said screw it, it's not cool to just think of naked girls and masterbate, because it's not legit. I do it now and then, but not as much before.

In my prespective, I masterbate when ever it's necessary like maybe once or twice a month. Opinions can vary for others, but yet again that's just my prespective on this whole subject.

whether or not it is "right" seems irrelevent. i do it. love it. 5 times a week consistently. sometimes once a day. i have trouble finding the time sometimes.

 

wel, i think it's a perfectly healthy, normal behaviour, for a young teenager (tried to quote that bloke from american pie lol)

although, it's probably not a good thing to jack off like 7 times a day.

i think the "ok" amount before it becomes an addiction is 1 time a day.


as for the "relligious" dillema.....all of the relligious arguements against masturbation that i've seen so far are ridiculous, so far the most absurd one i've seen is that sperm is produced in your brain, therfore "overworking" it by masturbating can cause problems.

and i acutally met poor dudes who believed this rubbish, they didnt have any answer when i asked "where's the vein or whatever that moves it into your dick?" and they blindly answered that "science couldnt find it already, but they'll find it one day"

When i was younger i've done it very often , so my "johnson" got unnaturaly big , so i've stopped it , as i look weird already
