Those are rare for sure. Please include Mexican in your list.

 

Since the beginning of RS2, when you go to the make an account page, it says something like "the first letter of each word will be capitalized, so the name red_rooster would appear as Red Rooster ingame"

 

i thort u wudda had pics from ingame, that wudda been better.
