Steam support fail...

*This was not a steam account i bought from someone, it is my own steam account that no one else has used.

After about 4 months of not playing on steam, i decided id give it a shot.
I realized that either my password had been changed or i had completely forgotten it along with my secret answer... Ive tried making support tickets but no one answers them, after 4 days i haven't received a single response written by a human from customer service, i tried making another support account and to no anvil. In my ticket i provided pictures of my retail boxes and CD keys as well as all the information they asked for but still no answer. Basically their letting my 90$ go down the drain. The only hope i have left is the valve website which has a phone # that is not related to steam but its worth a shot.

My question is; is it possible to reset your steam password if you have lost both your password and secret answer?

 

My brother had the same thing happen to him. It took like 2 weeks, but he was able to get it back... Just wait a bit longer for a reply, then look for a phone number.

lol, yea my brother was mad for awhile, but once they respond they r good.

 

if you have your email it should work.
