    Unactive Moderators

I'm still complaining on how non active Moderators are. I don't get how some people are still a Moderator, after not being online for days, or only putting in a good 1 hour on Moderation. Moderators of Sythe should atleast put in a good 2-3 Hours, and be on everyday on there section, I see more Moderators especially the ones from the "Runescape" section posting random shit on the "Off Topic", or the "Discuission" sections other than there own section.

I'm not saying this to all Moderators, just to most Moderators. I'm tired of seeing pages of pages of "Report a scam/spam" section. What ever happend to our old Moderators like Pen, he was a good damn Moderator, who checked most of the reports that came in, Moderators like Pen, Shredder, and others, not Moderators, like Vision Ex, and others who are never online or not Moderating there section.

Make the rules tighter for the Moderators, so they do there job volunteer or not, it's not even hard of a job, so no reason to complain or give me bad feedback.

    First off, it's inactive ;)

It could seem that there are very few inactive mods because you are in a different time zone then they are. They could be on for eight hours a day while you are sleeping. Also, if mods are not active enough, they can be demodded. It's happened many times before.

EDIT: There can also be instances of a tragedy IRL. Some mods may have to take a short break because of a death in the family or something.

I had to correct your unactive to inactive even though its already been done because I had an irresistable urge.
Well, I agree with you though if they should have to visit every day that does not allow for them to have a life

Just because the mods and admins have lives, does not mean that they are inactive. They volunteer their time, so they do not HAVE to be on all the time...

Honestly, you have no idea what some of the moderators of this forum do. Moderators can post wherever they like, just like any other member. They are not solely restricted to their section.

Also, only Team Leads have permissions to lock/move threads in Report a Spammer/Scammer sections. It is extremely difficult to handle the reports when you can't take care of them when you are done.

Get your facts straight before you start demanding that mods spend 3 hours+ on Sythe every day. That's excessive.

Mod's have lives, they don't get paid for this, this is not their full time job. They don't have to no life Sythe, if we need more moderators then we will get more. At the moment i think we are doing fine.

I, myself, put in 17 hours of my time for Moderating Sythe yesterday. I'm only all the time, and I finally have something to dedicate my time to. Are you suggesting that since I am a RuneScape Mod, that I should only be posting in my section, and not somewhere else? Sometimes, a Mod needs a break from there section. How do you explain some of the more inactive sections, such as for the Game Dev Mods (no offence).

    PAGES of SPAMMER REPORTS!?
Giddy and I went through 15 Pages of them today, and we are still trying to keep on them. As long as I stay Mod, I'll be checking these Reports and clearing them daily, as they were such a nuisance as I was just a Members.

As for the Report a Scammer Forum, I can't really do much there. I may request permissions from some of the Admins, but I don't really think I can be of much help.

And yes, I know that this is not just about me, but it is reguarding the Staff as a whole. I'm saying this because I know of the people that will try to respond saying that same 'crap'. >_>

I'm saying that as an example, and i'm aware of Giddy's success on the reports. Your section needs to be moderated better, seeing how I haven't seen a Moderator post in the "Runescape" section. What ever happend to the old Sythe, I left for like 5 months and I come back and it's a wreck and all these new Moderators, this is just insane.
