Need pure help please

I have had my pure for years, rarely playing on him, more of an on and off account. However, I have started to get back into him. His stats are as follows.

92 Str
62 Att
8 Def
1 Pray
72 Mage
72 Range

70 Combat.

He still owns and I get a lot of kills f2p, However when it comes to players with full rune, I barely hit on them. So I was wondering if anyone COULD PLEASE GIVE ME SOME DECENT ADVICE. I've considered getting 40 def.. or 70 attack.

ANY ADVICE WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.

 

maybe get 31 pray, or 70 att would help lots too. or simply use mage on their armor, and if they know that armor = more dmg gettin hit by mage they take off and k0 them

 

get 45 def 70 att and 99 str = pure ownage, if ur p2p get 75 att for gs. GL

 

I'd say get 40 def, 70 att and 95 str, pure ownage.

 

Thanks heaps guys, I think I'm going to get 45 def. Just hard to do it after so much work trying to keep my def low. Oh well no regrets..

 

If you want to hit more on rune pures get 31 prayer, 95+ str and 75+ attack.

If you want to range/2h pl in rune get 86+ range.
