Get rid of mods.

Well I'm just sending a little feedback on my idea of sythe.org's administration. I am sure to get flamed alot because - my opinions are naturally always flamed.

I am questioning the hiring of your moderator(s). It seems to me most of these moderator(s) just want a peice of power. Some moderator(s) overtalk about their sexuality to try to get as much attention as the possibly can, whither or not it's true. I know many users on sythe who have different sexual prefferances but don't have to spend their time bragging about it, which leads me to the the moderator(s) might not even be telling the truth. I think moderator(s) should be chosen due to a desire to build a community, and create peace among the users, not for their own good. I understand this is not a democracy; but something has to be done. User's have pleaded for the removal of many different moderator(s) and I have seen very good reasons; for example I saw an administrator and two moderator's say joking, rude, and blatant words towards another moderator dying of cancer, yet another moderator got demoted for joking around in alot less offensive way. This community seems to be run by children.

Please don't flame but either show support or constructive critisism to my idea of removing certain moderators from the website, not ALL moderators. I have actually met some really nice, smart, deserving, and constructive moderators on this website. Do not get offended.

Mods are hired to do there job, and they do it well.
Not all of them need power, and to me it seem's your trying to reffer to one mod >_>..

same here, no support, i understand your opinion and everyone is entitled to there own, but mods are like laws, they are used to keep the society in order.

Stop bitching about every aspect of Sythe, if you don't like most of the community nobody is forcing you to stay here.
