Im at work right noww so i was browing GE onr unescape site

came across dragon plate is at 12.8 mill right now !! do ppl sell in GE or is the street price for dragon plate wayyyyy more then this.. if i offer in GE do u think i will get it

also do u need to do a quest to wear it like do i need 92 smithing just to wear it or if i buy it ill beable to equip it many thinks for reading this

It's more then street price and you can wear it even if you don't have the required smithing.

smithing is not important if you wan't to wear it
