Sorry to pop your bubbles, but i won my case upload proof that they scammed you that's what i did and got my $400.

 

Scammers have ruined paypal.
Thats why you should only use the following:

Western union
Moneygram (similiar to WU)
Moneybookers (not availible for Americans)
Mail
Bank transfer

 

sorry to hear, people that do this dont realise what affects they have on the people they scammed. its low

 

wait so how did u get scammed like this? they paid you then they said you never gave them anything so it took the money back or what?

 

Next time you're doing a trade ask for the persons address, phone number, and etc, and call them to verify it is record them verifying it and if they charge back send paypal the tape and you'll get all of your cash back.

 

I just lost $ 900.00.

Lost all 4 disputes.

If you have screenshots, fax them to Paypal. If you have them you're likely to win.
Also, for future reference, always make them claim and cancel. Then they can't file a dispute.

 

if you would have read the thread you will see that they done that but then they just ring there bank and say wtf i didnt make this payment and then they reverse the payment then Good Fight.

Of course they didn't pick up, they're trying to avoid you.

Keep trying, be persistent. You'll eventually get through and they will pick up.

 

i got scammed for $400 once before with paypal....needless to say i will not be using them again.
