Hello everyone,

I have dealt with @Azie off and on for awhile, and after the numerous recoveries that are his so called "friends" I realized that there was something off. I had the email changed to mine as I wanted to be able to monitor the account I payed $2300 for.

The next morning after changing the email to mine I get 2 requests of forgotten password(recovery attempts) I messaged him in which he attempted to put the blame on me. The account is now no longer in my possession. This is clearly that he is scamming. Too many times this has happened recently to be coincidence. He is just banking on the fact that I am past the three months so he doesn't need to refund me.

However with the given situation I believe it would only be fair to get a refund or see him banned. It is clear that this is not just a bunch of insecure accounts. He scams and then blames his victims and makes them out to be the bad guy. He is a scammer and in any case this deserves a full refund regardless to his shitty TOS.

As I am being told that this does not prove anything(which is bogus) and I am aware I agreed to his ToS. But when it is this clear that he is recovering accounts that should void his ToS as he is the obvious scammer. His ToS is strictly if the account is compromised by an outside source. This is clearly his doing(as was all the other ones)

That should void any ToS he had. I can also show the conversation I was trying to trade him the account along with some GP for a max cape account. All of a sudden he got really interested in that and got persistent on trying to do that. As soon as I had him change over the email to mine(less than 24 hours after) the account got 2 recovery attempts. That is not coincidence and neither is the fact that at least 5 accounts have been recovered that he has sold in the last few months.

Anyone that disagrees is siding with a scammer

Also I want to point out that he is clearly milking his ToS to basically make himself invulnerable to refunds. He is quite intelligent in that aspect. That is why I ask you guys to look deeper into this and realize that he is manipulating people and his ToS to make his scams full proof.

Background

1. Tap initially purchased an account from me on the 18th August 2019. It was a standard main OSRS account. Our agreement was $250 every two weeks or $500 a month for a total duration of 3 months.

He tried to change the deal by asking if I would take less money to which I said no as we already had an agreement.


2. September 23rd he wanted to swap acc's and upgrade to another account of mine that I had listed for sale.



I was hesitant because we were behind on our payment plans. Something kept coming in the way and he was unable to pay so at this point I wasn't particularly interested in selling the account to him. He told me he was getting some money coming in and changed the when several times which made me less confident in his ability to keep up with our agreement.



On the 4th October I decided to give him the upgraded account he was after and we came to an agreement for $2300.

More money problems which I guess I wasn't surprised about but it got quite frustrating..



Wont show the rest it's just him going mad so nothing helpful but the agreement kept changing because he remembered he has other things to pay for... he should have just been honest but whatever not really relevant

on 5th of November the whole amount due was paid by Tap.


3. 29th December he wanted to swap the account for a max cape. I couldn't at the time because I only have a few and all listed were resales which means I give 75% of it to the previous buyer when the account is sold so it wouldn't have suited me to sell him a resale account at that time.

on 26th Jan his offer was 2b+ gp + current account he purchased for a max cape. We ended up agreeing at around 2.5b gp + current acc trade in.

on 26th Feb he again brought it up and asked it could be done if he pays 2.5b + buys lifetime warranty for a max caper.

29th Feb I decided that I could just sell him a resale because market had been quite slow and I wasn't getting anywhere anyway so why not.

Sent him a follow up but got no response so I assumed maybe he changed his mind or his circumstances changed (during this time I had already refunded 1 person for $1000 and the situation with Chad was happening)

His warranty would have expired in Jan but I've been too busy IRL to remember so it never really occurred to me that we needed to change the email over to it. He responded on Friday 6th March and told me he wants to keep current account and wants to change the email over.

I sent him the email change link yesterday at 1am and went to sleep. I woke up the next day and received a message from him at 12:36pm where he asked me why he received an email change request....



To me it was a bit too obvious and I am fairly sure he is just using the recent drama for his own agenda....



The reason I added background information is because I just wanted to show the type of person I was dealing with because I know he is capable of doing something like this...

 

In regards to his post(I did see it before it was deleted) yes I did in the past have financial issues paying him, which is why I wound up paying extra to make up for the issues, I payed 2300$ when the initial cost was 2000$.

I decided against trading my account in along with my cash stack due to the drama surrounding @Azie
I wanted the email changed to mine so I could monitor and see if any recovery requests were going to happen(as that other guy who got scammed lost his GP and Azie had access to email and essentially could fake the recovery attempt. I wanted to see if there was a recovery attempt. Not even 24 hours after him transferring the email to mine I got a request to change password. I answered that email and changed my password then got another email. I ignored that one and went to work. When I got home from work around 4:30 PM I was no long able to access account. When I went to recover account it had an email that was not mine(can show you what my email address is) and the password was changed.

Also the sheer number of recoveries that have happened, along with the similarities in each case should be voiding his ToS. Justice needs to be served. I would be more than okay with a partial refund, but I can't afford to just sit and take a $2300 loss.

That being said I agreed to that prior to all the drama. And that shouldn’t mean that he isn’t liable if the recovery is him(which at this point I think most would agree it is)

I think the staff team needs to have a good hard look into this and realize what is the right thing to do. Ultimately you guys can override his “TOS” especially when it’s clear he has been using this to rip people off. And also I love how he is victim blaming. He is a very intelligent man and has been getting away with this so long that he thinks he is untouchable.

 

My TOS are not unique in any way. It was actually inspired by similar TOS that Video uses as it's generally been the safest practice in the account selling market.

As previously stated he is simply using the two issues I've had over the course of two weeks for his own personal gain because he is smart enough the situation against me.

So what I did on October 4th was trade in my account I had for a different account and was paying more for it. So I upgraded my account with Azie by giving him his account back for a different one along with extra money.

In regards to this I never stated your TOS are unique. But your motives and actions regarding the TOS are clear abuse. And I am not trying to take advantage of anything. It’s ignorant to even say that but then again with each case you have turned the blame on the victim.

Ultimately this is my word against yours so I am no longer going to argue this point with you and let the staff do their investigation.
