he agree to give me 10m for the last 10 days Screenshot but I want my 30m back for not telling me that the clan was death already.
his clan was basically death. he even say Screenshot lack of action? come on two months of no action is already a death clan.. a shell. he can even invite ya to his clan and probably you will see a comment every day by luck.

We don't adjudicate private reports and I can't see a reason for it being private, so I have made the report public

secondly by the sounds of things you when into an advertisement agreement and you are not happy with the way the agreement has turned out by the number of customers you have received, do you have any proof of solid agreement that you would get x or y customers from the advertisement

Screenshot if you call 1-2 people 100% ordering then I don't know what else to think. when I started this I though it was gonna be at least 50+ people. so far maybe like 14 people ordered stuffs. and this last month is when I found out that there was no more phoenix clan.
after I told him a few things he saying Screenshot do I want 10m? nop. I want 30m back.

Ok after reviewing this case there only one real way it can go,

We can't really hold @H3ad Burner responsible because you are not happy with the results of sponsorship (as in returns of customers) as it's on you to do your own research @Death before purchasing a sponsorship with any organization to see the potential case of growth from it. there was no set amount of customers guaranteed in your agreement so in this, you have no case in that aspect.

but where you do have a case is the fact that the clan closed on the 28th of February which the last payment was made on the 15/2/2020 according to both of you. with this being said that was halfway through agreement so the best way to resolve this is 50% refund.
