MM'ing Guide?

Are there any MM'ing guides here on sythe?

I used to be a MiddleMan on EliteNeo but that was many years ago.

The games changed now so I need to know the following;
]- How do I middle man a Account trade? (For real money)
]- How do I middle man a Pin trade? (For rsgp)
]- How do I middle man a RSGP trade? (For real money)

There are a few places you can look. Seeing as some of the guides are out of date, I would look at actual MiddleMan Applications, because typically the User will define the steps he/she will take to MiddleMan each type of trade. Here are a couple of good examples.

These are just a couple examples.

 

Here's how I do it:

RuneScape PINs:

1) An agreement will be made first
2) The Seller (PIN Provider) gives me the PIN
3) The buyer will send me the payment
4) The Buyer will give me the info to their account
5) I apply the PIN onto the Buyer's account.
6) I send the payment to the Seller
7) Make sure everything ended well

Account Selling:

1) An agreement will be made first
2) The Seller (Account Holder) gives me all info to the account
3) I confirm the info with the Buyer and Seller and check for recovery questions and bank pins
4) I change the password
5) Buyer sends money to me.
6) The account is delivered to the Buyer
7) The money is sent to the seller
8) Make sure everything ended well

RSGP:

1) An agreement will be made first
2) The Buyer sends the payment to me
3) The Seller delivers the RSGP to the buyer.
4) Screen Shots will confirm if the transfer has been completed.
5) I will deliver the payment to the seller
6) Make sure everything ended well
