If you are trying to talk to Matthew, then why don't you send him a Private Message?

You may also send your money from your PayPal to your Bank Account, or even to your residence. From there, you can donate money by way of Mail or Western Union. If you weren't going to claim the money back, then I don't see why you would have any problem doing this. Good luck.
