OnFleek TWC then banned account

Hello, this is genuinely my first time using a Sythe account, I created pre-moving houses so my friend and I could open up our skilling, questing & minigames store. I just started last night after purchasing gfx from SuperNinja who also uses this site. I woke up to being TWC'd and then proceeded to join Discord to message a moderator and he then confirmed to me that my ban was correct and I had been perm banned? I'd like this opportunity to speak to whoever I can so I can provide evidence that I'm not this alleged person that I'm being accused of, this is my first time using Sythe for any type of services other then browsing.
