    Not sure if this has been asked before but maybe a thread where our TOS are and the clients can read it and agree live there so we don't have to constantly take pictures etc can just leave the thread ^.^

    Idk if anyone else agrees but I know my life would be easier with this considering the amount of product we move.

    For TOS it is much easier/safer to send your customer the terms via Sythe pm and have them respond with "I agree" or some other form of agreement.

    Sythe PMs cannot be edited so this would be the best place for it, especially if proof of agreement is needed for a report. Not to mention it requires the customer to have a Sythe account in good standing (Not banned/DNT) which is safer for both parties involved.

    Ah wasn't thinking to much of pms because I get so many its hard to find them after they agree especially if its a long service 2-3 months timeline.

    I guess pictures work well enough as well sythe pms since dnt cannot pm.

    It makes sense that a thread may be complicated since the provider could update their TOS and the only evidence is a time stamp ya? Also if a client edits can a mod see the changes?

    If you go here and use the search bar, you will see an option to search conversations only. As long as you know their Sythe name it should be an easy find. I believe it also searches the content of the conversations as well.

    I know for us, a lot of the time we link our customers to the tos in discord tickets, this includes the same for wealth etc hat they tend to leave on their accounts.

    It's annoying that they do, but hey if they want to break out terms we cant do much about that xD
