2. Refunds will be given if the service is not started.
3. Excessive wealth must be removed. We are not responsible for wealth lost during the service.
4. You may not log in to your account without the prior consent of an admin or worker.
5. Bans/mutes/other offences are not our responsibility. Everything is done by hand and with Jagex approved clients/features. No refunds will be given if these occur.
6. We are not obligated to give you a timeframe for the completion of the service.
7. We will provide you daily updates of your service through screenshots.
8. HCIM deaths are not our responsibility due to worker error.
9. You keep all the resources collected unless stated otherwise (excluding uniques).
10. You will only give and receive payments from an admin.
11. We can refuse/cancel your order at any time.
12. Leaving a vouch/feedback isn't required.
