    I received a TWC yesterday which is unusual has i have been using the same internet since i created this account. I only use a mobile hotspot as that's the only internet i have access to, is there anyway to prove this and get it removed?

    You will need to provide us with your phone bill displaying your name and an ID with the matching name along with your sythe username written on a piece of paper.

    Please note that you can censor any sensitive information, even your photo and it will be visible to the staff only.
