    tbh, yes they still can recover it back if there the origanal owner and they have the receipts they can get it back

    You don't need to change the secret question because the secret question will be send to the email you've enterd.

    the things posted in this thread by sythe r those which a scammer after ripping an account Loves to do 1st

    so its useless

    my scam is the most recent one...!!

    i got scammed for 30$ by a Fckin member widh 100+ Vouchs and 1000+ posts

    learn a lesson.....and dont go 1st even if it is the Admin or Mod

    This only occurs to Black Market ...
    Once my friend about 1.5 years ago lost his steam with a bought issue of CSS .. After 1.4 years later , i told him what to do. He took pictures of the Box and the Serial with his Camera , sent it to Steam account support and got it back the next day.

    Basically, an original owner can easily get back the Steam account if he has certain proof it was his.

    Yeah, me and RBOW just got screwed by accounts from the same seller, who is ATM trying to make amends. We'll see what happens though. Anyhow, BEWARE, original owner can recall account.
