I don't really get it.

 

1) Guides are not allowed to be sold on Sythe. The reason is that all guides can be found on Runescape Fansites, and aren't really worth buying. It's a burden to deal with all the complaints, so you can't sell your guides. Period.

Well, in the picture he probably simply bought some gold from the gold selling site "usfine", and just made it say that he "scammed" them out of the mesos. (P.S. the game is Maplestory).

 

and no the vouches arn't fake.
And the maplestory mesos was free.
Using the guide it tells you how.
