60+ Strength
40+ Defense
*NOTE* you need combined 130 atk and str to get into warriors guild

50-100k inventory baked potatoes
food in bank, must be trout +
Full mith/adamant if you want me to get the tokens
Dragon dagger P++(optional)
Whip(optional)
Super strength potion (3 of them)(optional)
