Vouches are not to be used as currency -

You are having people trade you a vouch for a firecape... Therefore using them as currency. A vouch is to be given at will of the person.

Thread ripping -

You tooks somone elses pictures knowing it is against rules and even said you didn't ask. This is thread ripping.

Doing it for vouches means your trading your services for a vouch. Nice try.

Seriously guys.. stop bitching. Nowhere in his thread does he say that vouches are obligatory after the cape. He says he needs vouches to be trusted, again he's not DEMANDING a vouch after the cape.
