Pretty sure it depends on how many blackmarks? I had been muted and warned many of times...

 

so why wud someone share with you if uve been muted and had many warnings dont think they want acc baned :s

 

I went 4 years without a black mark kid and got 7 99s. Then all these new rules were set and you can't even say noob or you get muted. Nice join date btw.

The 10 day amount matters on usage, stats, and membership status.
