Yaks would be the best thing to kill by your levels.

I'd suggest training Slayer since you really need to be higher than 1 :-/.

 

Yaks , experiments , rock crabs .
Or slayer monsters , you'll get decent cash as well

For combat training... Slayer for all stats but magic... It is fast exp (especially for range) you make loads and your not as big as a noob....

 

I would personally recommend doing slayer. The combat levels seem to fly and the cash is great.

Alternatively you should kill:

• Green Dragons
• Range Aviansies
• Yaks (Experience)
• Kill clue dropping monsters, then do the clue scrolls for the rewards

My advice is to do slayer though. Once you no longer a low level and you begin to come into the low high levels (110-120) then you can comfortably farm boss monsters such as God Wars or the Kalphite Queen. Slayer, however, will always pull in reliable money, and the higher your Slayer, the more money you can consistently rake in.

Avianses are very risky at your level and wouldn't be worth it...

 

Do the green dragons above the grand exchange you can rake in about 100k-400k an hour..

 

listen to this guys except for aviansies lol. SLAYER, SLAYER, and MORE SLAYER! thats my advice to you slayer is just so good for getting cash, exp and charms its crazy. Im currently 74 slayer myself You will do a task and get good combat exp and slayer exp and the drops add up over time and so do the charms. Its just good stuff.
