How does pin selling (runescape) work?

How will they trade/pay if theres limit 3k.? (for items)
What is high crate?
OMM means?
and why do ppl says 3 account for 1 pin? or something like that

I know im a bit stupid,i just wanna know how it works, coz ive got rs account and i want good items for it by selling some pins. sorry if this bothers you.

The buyer will take an expensive item into Bounty Hunter and have the seller kill them, once the seller recieves the item, they give the buyer the PIN.

High Crate means High Crator.
The crators determine the level range that you can play with in Bounty Hunter.

OMM means Official Middleman

OMM, Is Official Middle Man, Which is someone who is trusted on sythe, and Middle Man's the trade to prevent any scamming.

For example, your Buying a Runescape account for 2m.

You give the OMM 2m, The person selling you the account gives the OMM the account, The OMM checks the account, Gives you the account, Lets you change pass, Set recoveries, etc. Then he gives the person you were trading the 2m.
