Hacked account, attempting to recover

To whomever it may concern,

Hi. I recently got back into OSRS and was looking to purchase some gold, but I came back to find out that my Sythe account had been banned for being a hacked profile. I am not sure when this occurred as I have not used Sythe in a few years I believe. My account's name was Signia. I was able to recover my account's password as the registered email is still my original one. I am willing to provide any information as required. I have since moved away to school, so my IP address may be different but I can provide my original sign up IP city.

Thanks to anyone who can help me!

1. I am currently posting from an IP that is not my original IP from around 2014-2015. This is because I am in college now and am away for school. My original IP came from [redacted]

3. I did not have a recovery phrase I believe.
4. I have just recently reformatted my computer, so any previous viruses (if any) would be gone. I just downloaded AVG and I am currently performing a deep scan - if you want I would be able to upload the results of that when it is done (it is moving quite slowly).
5. I don't know if this helps, but I donated $5 USD to Sythe years ago, possibly around 2015-2016. I still have that PayPal account if that helps.

Your account has limited information and your IP is quite different - but I was able to find your old skype information, is it possible for you to post a picture of your ID to match the name on the Skype account? You may blur out any irrelevant information. This will also be hidden from the public. Do you have your donation date/proof?

Yes, I will be able to post my ID with my name on it. As for the transaction, I attempted to look for it on my PayPal account but the latest it will let me go back to is 2017. I believe that I made the donation much earlier than that. The PayPal email is: [redacted] The reason for my IP being much different is that I've moved out for college, but if there is any other information I can provide I'd be more than willing to.
