Wich is better Dragon axe or Rune Axe for Yews?

Dragon woodcutting level to use is 60..Rune axe is 40.. and its a F2P item.. P2P is usually always better especially since its dragon and its needed for a higher woodcutting level.

 

If you have a decent amount of cash to spend on an axe, get dragon.

 

i feel dragon is better, and i think its 15percent, u probably wont notice a difference until u like 80+ wc.

 

I have had a d axe and a rune axe, and i did a test with 87 wc.

rune axe= 10.332mins
D axe= 8.219mins

see its not that much faster but if u have the money get it.

 

If you are really going to dedicate yourself to cutting yews and have the spare cash, go ahead. BUt if you are only going to chop 1-2k, it's not worth it, as it may only save 1 min a load, which isnt much

 

i herd some were that if cutting magics ur wc lvl doesnt matter the only thing is that if you are like 80 wc and u have a dragon axe you will cut faster then some one with 99 wc and a rune axe.

Honestly, if you are going to be woodcutting for quite a while, buy a dragon. If you are just doing it leisurely from time to time, stick with rune.
