G.E Down? and Money making Method?

Hey i got two questions, one being is the g.e down on www.runescape.com for anyone else? or is it just me? and 2nd ive recently got addicted to PVP (ancients) which means i need blood runes and deaths for ice blitz problem is i dont have enough money to buy a mass amount of them let alone afford to lsoe them if i die so since MITD hasnt updated http://www.thegrandexchange.tk i dont know what to merch :S so can anyone tell me what to merch or any good money making methods?

Isnt godwars meant to be heaps hard? i got a main lvl 120 99 att 97 str 78 def full dharoks, will he cope lol?

There is also that other merchant clan but they require you to show them 4m cash in game to be allowed in.

lol its not that i dont have MONI i do have 10m cash that i can show although id rather not blow it >.< so thjats why i want to use the money i make for PVP and my other cash for armour and other supplies etc;
