Rules thread/section

looking over the rules today, i noticed that if you didnt understand them there wasnt any place to ask, my suggestion is simple, a thread, or subsection for questions about the rules.
for instance, my question was how i can tell how big my signature is (including text), im trying not to get it deleted :/. if there was a rules subsection, i could ask that, and possible ways to shrink an image (if i didnt know, which i do)
basicly just a place people could ask specific questions about the rules (such as if their thread was in the right place), and possibly a place to suggest new rules.
Pros and Cons
feel free to post your own pros and cons, i will add them
Pros:
better understanding of the rules
possibly less unintentional rule breaking (such as signature size)
more work for mods*

Cons:
might not be used alot
more work for mods*

*This can be argued that the mods spend more time anwsering questions, or save more time by less people breaking rules.

You can't question the rules..

 

If you don't understand a rule, don't be afraid to PM a mod or admin.

 

Why not just use the FAQ?
