hey, I couldn't log onto sythe all day yesterday cause of a huge storm where having over here in Cali. looks like rune fulls are dumped though dropped 65 gp today. And im stuck with 600 of em lol. I'm going to try to get a dplate atm. gl guys

 

Rune fulls were iffy at best the whole time, that's why I advised everyone to go in on Sara Plates instead.

The ExchangeWatch has been updated, and Dragon plates are the real "Hot Item" today. They're virtually impossible to get (the price changed zero today), as everyone now knows they are going to rise insanely.

If you bought one before today, you're set. If not, put up an offer for max and hope you get lucky.

If you can't afford/can't get a dragon platebody, you can still cash in on this rise by scoring a few ruined dragon pieces.

These pieces price is tied to the D-Pl8 by Jagex, so each piece will rise about 1/3 as much as the whole plate does daily.

 

hey roner, im in california here too and wow that storm is tearing us up =) fortunately im smack in the middle of LA and ive been good, lol ive been eyeing that dragon plate for a time and nows the time to buy, but dont have the money for it =( lol (im an ex merchant, before update, used to be able to merchant 1mil + in a hour)

 

MITD i dont have enough cash for D plate so im going towards the Ruined dragon pieces although are they "iffy" like the rune full helms where? if not i should buy at max then sell at max correct?


EDIT: lol this might be nub question but does it matter which ruined piece i buy?

 

oh btw, merchant gratz on getting the item watch program up, if you still need people to serach for hot items, send me a pm, i have good experience in merchanting etc, also know some stuff about RL stocks if that helps =)

 

Ruined dragon pieces are in no way "iffy", I can say with 100% certainty that they WILL go up. The price is tied to the D-Plate by Jagex.

I have an offer for several dragon pieces at maximum, none have come through. People are still selling at reasonable prices through junk in world two, but not for much longer.

He is right don't worry I logged in world 2 and people were swapping the pieces only for a d plate.

Neither are working so far.

looks like there's gonna be a HUGE rise in d plate prices.

 

People are trying to buy d plates for 20M in world 2. One guy wanted 30M for his. They are going to rocket up. I wish I bought one earlier...

 

The crazy mentality most players have with rising items is awesome. I scored one extra platebody today by buying 8M worth of junk along with it, and the nub thinks he got a deal.

Now I'll just wait for five days and sell it for millions in profit, and I'll make my buyer take the junk off my hands as well.

My prediction: Peak at or around 20M, final price at around 15M.

 

Yea looking at it as a 0gp price change today just looks like starting a loaded gun in the face lol.

Anyways, even though no plates are selling on the GE, because people are holding them, will the price still rise on the GE? It makes sense that Jagex would raise the price because of demand, even though very few if any are being sold on the GE.

I'm still going to keep my hopes up that maybe I'll grab one on the GE for max. I'm really mad I didn't grab one a day or two ago. I was really thinking they'd go down a bit more.
