    Link to/reason for TWC: Rigo macroing on a hand trained service

    List of vouches since receiving TWC:
    Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behavior leading to TWC: An account was banned while we were doing a service on it. I helped the customer get the account un banned I thought we had settled the issue and even left a vouch for our service. But 2 months later he made a report because he cannot sell the account because it has a ban on it.

    Anything else you wish to say:     We have now started keeping all screenshots saved in a external hard drive for all services we do.
