How they scammed: Account Recovered - I bought the account on the 13th of March 2019. The account was then recovered on the 31st of March 2019.
Proof that it's their Discord: I no longer have the chat logs due to it being a while ago and removing the chat logs after I was blocked.

I'd also remember leaving a vouch in Blind Monk's vouch thread, however due to being very new to the site, I wasn't aware on the proper procedures on reporting this once the account was recovered. I did change the vouch left which is now not visible on his thread (I assume a mod deleted it since there wasn't a relevant report. If this could be checked I'm sure it will be show up). I received a notification about them offering a questing service and as I've been around a while now on the site, wanted to report this to prevent any further scams.

 

I sold this account almost a year ago, about a month or so in the user decided he wanted to be refunded and wanted me to buy it back for 75% what he paid
I refused because i had provided all the recovery unformation which the MM at the time verified
The user then went on saying that he would report me.

P.s - dobt you find it wierd he is only reporting roughly a year later? Prolly saw i started using the site again and decided to continue with his scheme

 

@Andy i would like this resolved as quickly as possible as the DNT causes harm to my reputation on the site and prevents me from any ongoing sales to move foward

 

There was no terms
He would & did recieve all the account information, the reason i wouldnt accept a return is because the account would not be safe again due to someone else knowing all the details

 

The recovery info provided was incorrect, my recovery appeals at the time were all denied. There was no deal made when the account was sold - it was simply account traded for GP. Although as stated, I don't have any of the screenshots available.

Can you provide proof I wanted you to "buy the account back" Because if this was the case and I did want to sell the account baj, why would i send 3 password resets (which is evidently you trying to recover the account) when I still had full access. If this was also the case, I wouldn't have put in multiple recovery appeals and for them to be denied.

I agree - it is an odd time to be reporting the as its nearly been a year. Your questing thread popped up which made me dig deeper to try and compile the evidence I have.

 

Take ur time, dig/compile whatever you think you have, i will try to get the old discord logs of you threatening me and i will report you once this gets archived

 

I dont have the account lol, he has it the whole time, since i did not want to 'buy' it back he started all this

 

The account was never recovered, he still has 100% possession of it, he just regrets buying it and wants a refund by force

 

He needs to give me the information i provided him last year then because i deleted it after the trade was done

 

I no longer have any of the chat logs available as stated previously, due to how long ago this occurred and the fact Blind Monk is now using a different discord.

However, due to the account being recovered and the lies told throughout this report - I would not feel safe having a compromised account as it will just as easily be recovered a second time, leaving us in the same position we are now.

 

This just proves what ive been saying all along, he regret buying it and wants to give it back/refund

How isnt it obvious the fact hes making excuses for making the report almost a year later and blames me for having a new discord when all he needs is to go on his and see the logs

 

I can try to find out if i message jagexsupport or something

 

So he deleted his threats and gets to keep both account + money back? No thanks
