Firstly, I'm looking for someone that is familiar with designing web pages and is good with graphics etc.

Because a friend and I are starting a site, we will tell you what we need etc and you can make it + add a little bit of creativity.

We can discuss payment and what not on MSN.

How much are you paying? It's most likely that I can easily top anything anyone else is likely to make web-design wise on this forum, so if you are offering a price I like I'll do it.

BTW: obviously i'll take the guy that does the work the cheapest but still at a good quality/standard. I'm going to let this run for a few days more then I'll pick the designer,

depending on what you need done ill do it for really cheap i am pretty good and have designed 7 currently up and running websites for various people. i am quite good with photoshop also. pm me if you are interested
