Agusta Gloop scamming $105.23

I'm making a report on behalf of @DabbedOutNol who was scammed by @Agusta Gloop.

Explanation of the trade: User was buying 07 GP from @Agusta Gloop for BTC, however the scammer claimed he's holding funds until staff prove he has debts, which doesn't make sense because there's no proof of approval and staff wouldn't let you hold the funds yourself in the case the anti-scam was approved.

Amount scammed: 0.01019693 BTC ($105.23 USD)

How they scammed: @Agusta Gloop didn't pay the $105.23 worth of 07 (paid for in BTC) out to the customer after the confirmations hit for reasons mentioned above.

A precautionary DNT was already issued earlier until I created this report to link it to. @Agusta Gloop May you please pay out @DabbedOutNol the GP you owe him?

 

He hasn't paid me 200M OSRS either when claiming my paypal payment "didn't go through."

So he clearly is doing something shady if you just experienced the same exact thing.

@tigerkun I'm sorry to hear that. Please make your own separate report in this section, so that it can be added to his ban reason if he doesn't resolve the issues at hand.
