Stop asking on a forum where less than half of the content posted is going to be a serious answer, and where most people who answer wouldn't know the first thing about a meaningful relationship anyway.

The way I see it, you have two options though: Man up and just ask her out, it honestly isn't hard to say "Do you wanna go see a movie?" or something similar.

The second is to realize that you are simply experiencing infatuation rather than a meaningful "love", because meaningful love requires much more than just seeing someone and saying "omg I like her."

 

Point out you're growing up and maturing... You can be responsible for a phone, hopefully that helps. Aim Sn might work.

Talk to her....Just normal conversation (Be nice but not annoying, be funny but dont be a try hard, do not tell her u like here, do not compliment her to much it will just make it seem like u want to fuck her and make u look like a sleeze and could scare her)

Once u get to know her and know her sense of humour you could probably start dropping hints and complimenting her more, because she will feel more comfortable.

just ask her, worst thing she could say is no. if your parents bitch about it, tell them you like/love her really much. another way to handle it is have her have dinner with you/parents, but that's sorta homo
