    Well check your telephone bill, if the money for the pin has been charged it should work...

    I just tried to apply sale pin for 2 accs , and yes , that means it's been used .

    Actually i might know why this is happening. Recently Jagex has changed their number for the pins and also the code you have to send. The pins you are trying to activate might be from before that happened and therefore don't work anymore.

    If that isn't it, i have no idea
