!!!need Account!!!

Ok, i know this looks like im beging but i got hacked 10 mills worth of stuff and the account was lvl 89 and i cannot get it back and i realy dont wanna start from scratch and i dont hav a pay pall account or anything like that (because paypall lost my account or summit) 0_o so please can any one just give me any random account (above like 15 or summit)

(im not begging im just asking if any one has a spare)

it had no cash on it and i loged on and it said we are sorry but we have lost your accountaccount name) and some other random stuff about paypall

My friend, this is not the forum you should be asking this in. If you had a legit, high level rich account and some level 3 in Varrock world 1 said "kan i go on ur acc" would you let him? I highly doubt it.
This is the exact same thing, 90% of people on this board have been scammed, and we've all worked our way back up, you can too.

I doubt anyone will give you an account for free.
