[Guide] How to induce lucid dreams [Guide]

I believe I just had one of these dreams.

Me and my two brothers were at some kind of work camp-Just to tell you, I had no control, but I remember it perfectly, and I felt stuff in the dream- And we were going up and down a ramp. I don't know why, but we went up and down and up and down, and it was very hard. When it got near night time, everyone was magically gone, except for me. I continued to go up and down the ramp, until I saw my brother fall, and go into some kind of hole. I realized everyone was poisoned, and my brother had actually got back up an hour later. He must've taken some kind of anti poison, I dont know. But anyways, we magically appeared at my back yard, where my brother was attempting to get his car. There were spotlights-It was still night- and people with guns, and stuff. So, my brother approached our fence, and told us to wait in our neighbors yard behind the chain link fence, to watch. When we stepped in my neighbors yard, I noticed leaves. We stepped on about 7 leaves, and gun shots flew everywhere. We got down, and they died off. My brother told us to not move, so us, -me and my little brother- got up against the chain fence, and waited. I put my arm down on a pipe, and I felt heat. Alot of heat. My arm started burning, and I said STOP! and I woke up.

    Was pretty fun.

Too bad that almost everyone who reads this doesnt understand what a lucid dream is.

It is when you have a dream, you realize you are dreaming, and can CONTROL your dream to do what you want.

People are just posting about weird dreams saying they have had one and they havnt.

Wow, shows what you know. If it is a lucid dream, you believe it is real life. If you know it is a dream, than it is just a plain fucking dream. Idiot. And as for the control part, you can't always control lucid dreams, especially if you are new to having them. But I love how arrogant you are. You come here, and post completely wrong information. You're so leet.

Is sleep paralysis where you are awake but can't move? If so, I have those every 2-3 weeks, and every time I'm suffocating while they happen (not sure if I'm actually, of if it's a dream..). Everytime it happens it's the most scary thing ever.

Roflmao! I had this once, I was Texting/SMSing with my girlfriend and I was very tired at that time, then suddenly the next morning, I didn't saw half of the SMS I've sent, and then I realized I was texting in my sleep o.o,

ROFLMAO, I didn't thought it was a Lucid dream until now lol..

    But that horrific "Sleep PAralysis"

    It happens to me often,,

    Its like this...

You went to sleep, after a few sec, all you see are weird things or just plain black, it will happen at around 30 sec or a min. after that, when you try to wake up, You can't even move even when you try, and rarely, you can't even open your eyes o.o

It happens to me always, I kept trying to move my arm but I can't until a few secs, I can move it... Slowly though

Cool guide. Didn't know what lucid dream is until I have seen this guide. And now I know, I remember I had too many of that already when I am mostly busy with highschool graduation.

[QUOTE-Have random sleeping patterns and get up erratically.
Don't have a set bedtime or don't have a schedule for your sleeping. Sleep 4 hours in the day wake up at 2 go back to sleep at 4 wake up at 11. Things like that. Having erratic sleep patterns increase the chance of having one.
    [/QUOTE]

The reason for this is that you dream continually when you are asleep whether you remember your dreams or not. The only time people remember their dreams is when they wake up right in the middle of one. This is actually a true scientific fact.

That is retarded, don't make up facts about stuff you have no idea what you're talking about. People can remember their dreams after they had one, where did you read that they can only remember it in the middle of one? That is complete nonsense and is obviously not a "true scientific fact"

Bloody Christ, I thought I was insane when I thought I was controlling one of my dreams like last month, but I clearly remember be wide awake, I could feel me couch where I sleep underneath me, and all I could see when I opened my eyes was a camp.

I had a dream ym entire class went on a go-green sponsored campout, and I ended up with this girl I liked back then, and I CLEARLY remember thinkign something like
"Go on, talk to her" and then I actually did in my dream.

I do all the stuff you said to do to improve chances anyways, almost always have, like I fall sleep in school when I'm not tired all the time, and my sleeping pattern is never repetitive.

Gawd, I really wish I could have another one, because it was just so....awesome...

It might not seem like much from my description, but I can't explain in detail exactly how it feels, it's way complicated.
