Can't buy RS pins? :o

Whenever I try to buy a RS pin it comes up as the busy ringtone :'(

Someone help please

or help me understand the situation

I'm guessing your trying to buy a pin through PaybyPhone?

Are you sure you can buy pbp pins in your country?

If so then my only guess is that your parents or somebody blocked 1-900 numbers

And it is Pay by phone, and is their anyway to get around that :O

If it is blocked, then there is no way to get around it.

Only the person paying for the phone can unblock it.

Maybe surfpin isn't working atm? I have heard that happen before.

 

Maybe, because unless they did this without me knowing when I played Runescape 3yrs ago I could get Memb pins

If it worked 3 years ago then it's probably not your fault.

If you haven't changed your phone company, then most likely Surfpin is down atm.
