In theory, if you got hp up with lamps and penguin points to 40 combat and you repaired doors and barriers this would work but it would be very slow

 

You need to do 50 damage. The only way to do damage is to inflict damage. To inflict damage you must get hp xp.Also to inflict damage, your account must be capable of inflicting damage. Fail.

 

Not just the 50 damage rule, you need to be above a certain combat level to enter even the minimum boat.
