Where should i train?
My stats:
30 attack
32 strength
20 defence.
Wanting:
45 attack
60 strength
45 defence.
Any tips?

 

Pretty low stats :/

At those levels ( i was f2p ) I trained on cows >_<

I guess it's not the best, but it shouldn't take that long to get those stats you wanted.

 

Try the Stronghold. Great monsters for all around levels there.

True but I believe that he is only f2p. Like stated above stronghold is your best bet with low def.
