Help best str xp spots f2p?

i'm looking for some good str xp spots f2p for my rune pure any places please tell

 

Stronghold of Security would be ur best, fight the fresh crawlers.

 

Stronghold of Security but I like the spiders on level 3 better their faster exp but you might need food.

Strength Exp Guide! - Rob.//BANGGG
From 1-10 Strength you can either train at Cows or the Chickens I prefer checkens as they are faster to kill.
10-40 strength go to the monastery and kill monks
40-50 Go to Barbarians and kill the level 17+ Barbarians
50-70 Go to the Hill Giants be sure to bring food if your a 1 defence pure!
70+ Mossgiants, Red spiders, Flesh Crawlers 35+ 2nd level of Stronghold!

BE SURE TO BRING FOOD AND GOOD ARMOR!

 

I would go to the Stronghold of secuirty and train at Flesh Crawlers.

Very good xp for f2p and the best part is that you can afk train as they are agressive so it's basically like botting but you have to check every couple of mins

 

If he'd post his stats then yea this is a really good place to train if ur f2p!

my rune pure isn't all that great its starting but i have been training at flesh crawlers. =)

 

does any one know if the zombies in the wildy are good xp? i see noobs out there all the time.

 

Use the mossies under varrock, good loot and xp^_^

I have heard that place is pretty decent, I also seen a guide about that place but can't remember where.

You should try it, but I still recommend flesh crawlers in the stronghold of security.

 

red spiders, flesh crawlers, moss giants

 

Im currently 40 att, 40 def and 50 str. and mino's are getting 1-hit now, so go with flesh crawlers
