    What the fuck? Those are Triceps. Your push ups are fucked to try using your hands flat, If you fuck up you can break a knuckle. Pull ups are more for your abs, Learn what your talking about before you make a guide on it.

    Pull ups (if done correctly) work mainly on your biceps, not sure where you got abdominals from. And with push ups, having your hands flat is also bad for your wrists, safest and most effective way is to purchase push up bars.

    Pull ups....if done correctly workout the lats and other muscles in your back and workout your biceps secondarily.

    I also seen my friend doing push ups on knuckles on roof of his home.
    Ugly scars have appeared and they are spreading ... What i'm trying to say is to not to do push ups on hard surface

    How do you plan to get strong arms with 5kg weights? Those should only be used to train triceps. You need atleast 12kg on biceps..

    pretty sure supplements are natural. Eating a lot will do the same thing but I guess you don't do either.

    pushups work chest triceps and a little bit of forearms.
    your punch movements work shoulders
    as do your bad formed dips.

    looking forward to making a real guide but for some reason i'm not allowed to post in this section
