My Main Sythe Account Was Hacked and Banned

Hello, I have not been on in a while due to a busy personal life. Someone ended up hacking my Sythe account and was posting threads under my name. It seems like whatever wrongdoing they did got them banned.

I am the original owner who created this account and only posted a few earlier threads. It also appears that the email on the account was changed by the hacker.

1. I created the account back when I lived in [redacted]. I have recently moved to [redacted]
2. I still have access the registered email I used to create the account Olaok which is [redacted]. I also have the original verification email in my inbox that I received the day I created the account.

As you can see my e-mail address represents my full name. The letter G is my 1st name. The letter J is my middle name, and my last name is shortened in order to not be as long.

I could not find the e-mail where it shows that the e-mail was changed, but it was since I tried recovering my account through the Sythe forum and it was not showing.

Here I have even taken a picture of me holding my ID with my photo showing next to my lap top with the same e-mail opened up for even further verification:

Finally as you asked, I have taken another picture of me holding my ID next to the original post I made:

As you see the window I have opened up of my e-mail shows my full name as well.

I got the confirmation email and changed the password. I am still showing up as being banned though when I logged in.

 

You will have to post a thread in the pardon section so they can look at your case.
