After killing the person with the items,
and grabbing the loot, do you get a penalty?
Or can you leave safely?

 

If you just enter BH, find the person and kill him and he is NOT your target or if you are NOT his target then you will get a penalty.

If you want to avoid the penalty, then keep reentering until either you are his target, or he is yours.

Well if the person is your target and you pick up the items, you can leave safely, but if not your target and you pick up the loot, you get a 180 second penalty.

 

Get on an MSN chat,
and try to hit him as a target, attempt this all the time,
its always better to be safe then sorry

 

180seconds might not seem like much but when ur rwt alot of money it is a life time LOL.

If its a big amount best to keep trying to get assigned, if its something low, and u got decent stats and prayer or what ever u can try to tank it out/hide. Some people will box u on another acc while penalty counting down.

 

This takes way to long...tanking is easy, might aswell just do it that way.

but if he is ure targ or u are his ure free to leave. if not u have a penalty

 

When you kill your enemy, then leave before the loot apears you wont get a penalty, then simply walk back in and find the loot.
